Haider Ali holds an intermediate certificate from the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Saidu Sharif, Swat, and he earned certification as a laboratory technician and clinical assistant from East Hirald College of Sciences, Swat. He started his career as a volunteer for several organizations, including WHO, during the 2005 earthquake relief efforts in Hazara. He organized a successful blood donation camp and was awarded an appreciation certificate from WHO. He then moved into the private sector working in different laboratories.

Haider started working with RMF as a Laboratory Technician during April 2017 in the Hub Clinic, Swat Health Project.
