Arshad Ali holds a Bachelor of Science degree in pre-medical group. He also obtained a 6-month diploma in medication from the Mingora Medical Center, as well as a 6-month Diploma in Health Technology in the Surgical Ward and a 3-month Diploma in Health Technology in the Casualty Ward from Saidu Teaching Hospital, Mingora.

Arshad started his career as teacher at Model School Ghalegay Swat, and in November 2017, he joined RMF Pakistan’s team as a Medical Technician in the Hub Clinic, Swat Health Project.
